We thought our first harvest would be right around the start of June, but here we are mid April eating some fresh home grown veggies ! Lettuce seedlings! Mmm MMM good. Exactly one (small) bite of heaven.

You know, "micro greens" are an expensive, high-end culinary product. Back in 2003-2004, a small box cost the restaurant 20 bucks!

Look at that green! I am here living in a desert in autumn, while you nut balls are just now experiencing the beauty of spring. I am so jealous. I am already blown away by the baby plantitas, and I cannot WAIT to see everything when I return...and drink some sweet sweet organic juiiiiiiiiice. Whoo! Love you all. Amanda
